Bathurst Real Estate is well serviced by Bathurst Real Estate Agents.

Here in Bathurst Australia we are fortunate to have such a big selection of local real estate agents. Here is the current Bathurst list: Peter Rogers Real Estate, Clements & McCarthy, Elders Nicholl & Ireland, First National Real Estate Bathurst, Harcourts Bathurst, L J Hooker Bathurst, Masters Stephens Real Estate, Professionals Bathurst, Raine & Horne Bathurst, Ray White Real Estate Bathurst, Bathurst First National Real Estate, Landmark CTM Bathurst and One Agency Bathurst.

Although my website www.AustralianPropertyDevelopers.com  is designed to generate leads and therefore replaces some of the role of a real estate agent you may find that you need the services of a Bathurst real estate agent to quickly find you a tenant for your property if you purchase it untenanted …or do you? You may instead try what local property investor Bruce Bolam does to find tenants for his Bathurst properties.

Bathurst Real Estate: Bruce Bolam's for lease sign

Bruce has said that he dislikes a multitude of “For Lease” signs for each Bathurst real estate agent in the windows of his vacant properties as he feels they don’t create a good look by cluttering up the shopfront window. Bruce had the idea to erect just one sign (he paid to have them professionally made up) in the window that gives his potential tenants the following choice: to call Bruce directly on his contact numbers to discuss the property lease agreement OR get the phone book out and call your preferred agent (remember the list: Peter Rogers Real Estate, Clements & McCarthy, Elders Nicholl & Ireland, First National Real Estate Bathurst, Harcourts Bathurst, L J Hooker Bathurst, Masters Stephens Real Estate, Professionals Bathurst, Raine & Horne Bathurst, Ray White Real Estate Bathurst, Bathurst First National Real Estate, Landmark CTM Bathurst and One Agency Bathurst), so given the choice most just call Bruce directly.

This direct approach has advantages for Bruce in that he gets to personally know his tenants from the get go and it saves him the management fees for a Bathurst real estate agent to manage the rental payments and rental agreements. Bruce has his Personal Assistant Megan do this as part of her role of managing Bruce’s property portfolio. I personally like this new approach that Bruce has taken and although I have a lot of respect for all fourteen Bathurst Real Estate agents, (remember the list: Peter Rogers Real Estate, Clements & McCarthy, Elders Nicholl & Ireland, First National Real Estate Bathurst, Harcourts Bathurst, L J Hooker Bathurst, Masters Stephens Real Estate, Professionals Bathurst, Raine & Horne Bathurst, Ray White Real Estate Bathurst, Bathurst First National Real Estate, Landmark CTM Bathurst and One Agency Bathurst) but I like the simple approach that Bruce takes with finding tenants for his commercial properties of “give them a choice” and most tenants prefer the option of dealing directly with the landlord.
